On July 13, 2021, the opening of the fourth year of the International Summer School took place at the School of Economics and Management in Public Administration in Bratislava. Summer School is an indispensable part of joint study programs prepared together with IT faculties of Ukrainian universities. The opening ceremony was attended by many guests of honour, including representatives of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of SR, the Embassy of Ukraine in Slovakia, the IT Association of Slovakia, representatives of the cooperating companies IBM Slovakia and Deutsche Telekom.
University College of Business in Prague in cooperation with School of Economics and Management in Public Administration in Bratislava is organizing International ERASMUS+ Week, which will be held online from April 12th till April 15th, 2021.
For the second year in a row, the 2nd International Special Seminar dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities was organized with the support of Oksana Desyatnyuk, WUNU Vice-Rector for Research and Academic Affairs, in partnership with the School of Economics and Management in Public Administration in Bratislava, Slovakia. The chosen topic was "Inclusion of children with special needs: raising social and financial standards, integration into public life".
The Rector of SEMpa Dr.h.c. prof. Ing. Viera Cibáková, CSc. has entrusted the Chairman of the Management Board on August 24th, 2020, to convene a meeting of the Crisis Management Board of SEMpa and to ensure preparation of the academic year in accordance with the actual epidemiologic situation.
Tuesday 25 August 2020 was special not only for SEMPA pedagogical staff, but especially for eleven Ukrainian students, who successfully defended their final theses and passed state exams from Economics and Management, thus completing their two year master’s studies in academic year 2019/2020.
