Application procedure, deadlines, forms
In order to become ERASMUS exchange student at VSEMVS in Bratislava:
- Find out whether your university has a bilateral agreement with VSEMVS in Bratislava and contact International Relations Office at your home university for more information about the ERASMUS procedure at your home university
- Once you were nominated by your home university send us your application documents:
1. Application form and Learning agreement (for ERASMUS study stay)
2. Curriculum Vitae
3. Cover Letter
4. Copy of Passport or Identity Card
- Courses offered in English at our faculties can be found in ERASMUS Study Guide.
- Any questions related to the study matters address to our coordinators.
- Please fill in the forms in BLOCK letters so they can be easily photocopied/faxed, make sure that the forms are SIGNED by you and your home university coordinators and send it to us preferably by post until the deadline (as per postmark)
End of June for mobility in winter semester or whole academic year
End of November for mobility in summer semester
- Once we received a complete application and the faculty coordinator accepted it we will return the signed Learning Agreement as well as a Letter of Acceptance to your home university ERASMUS Institutional coordinator. This may take 4-6 weeks.
- We will also help you to find appropriate accommodation (see ERASMUS Study Guide).
